With Halloween around the corner, you may want to stock up on this popular candy in Maine. Hint, it's not salt water taffy.

The folks over at CandyStore.com did some sweet work figuring out what each state craves for a good sugar rush. According to their newly released map, Maine is all about Sour Patch Kids.

Data shows Mainers consumed over 63,000 pounds of the tart candy over the past 11 years. Massachusetts is the only other state that shares our love for Sour Patch Kids. In second was Starbursts at 40,409 pounds, followed by M&Ms at 15,831 pounds.

This year, the National Retail Federation is estimating that shoppers will spend $2.6 billion on Halloween candy.
