Some burgers are messier to eat than others, but there's a simple solution to keep things clean I bet you've never thought of. I know I haven't. Eat the burger upside down! The top of the bun is mostly wider, thicker and sturdier than the bottom half. Plus the bottom half of the bun has had to deal with the weight of the burger and condiments before you get it. So flip it and the juices and sauces will drip into a thicker, drier bun. Brilliant! Enjoy!
