Waterville Motorcyclist Dies From Accident Injuries

A Waterville man has died from injuries he sustained in a motorcycle accident in Oakland on Sunday.

WABI-TV reports that 33-year-old Michael Klaiber passed away Monday night. He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after a passerby found him unconscious on Snow Pond Road in Oakland. His crashed motorcycle was found nearby.

Police say excessive speed was a factor in the accident.
