A Holden man wanted by police on assault charges is now in custody.

WVII-TV reports 41-year-old Michael Weston was arrested by Bangor Police Monday afternoon. He's facing charges including domestic violence assault and domestic violence reckless conduct, and has two outstanding state warrants.

U.S. Marshals had been looking for Weston before Holden Police were called to a family fight at his home, 18 Main Road in Holden. By the time officers arrived, Weston had fled the scene. Police spent the day looking for the suspect before he was apprehended in Bangor.
