Vince Gill has 20 Grammy Awards to his name and is a member of both the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame and the Country Music Hall of Fame, and he's getting ready to add yet another honor to that list. The country icon will be inducted into the Guitar Center RockWalk in February.

Gill will be added to the RockWalk on Feb. 4, in a private ceremony at the Guitar Center on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, Calif. Eagles guitarist Joe Walsh will be on hand to help induct Gill, whose handprints will soon sit in the RockWalk with prints from Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Carlos Santana, Johnny Cash, Marvin Gaye, James Brown, B.B. King and Stevie Wonder, among others.

"It is an absolute honor to be chosen by my peers to be inducted into Guitar Center's RockWalk," Gill says in a press release. "I’ve always been grateful to be able to spend my life doing what I love to do, and to be recognized in such a monumental way -- cemented next to the legendary artists reflected on the RockWalk -- is a moment I could never have imagined when I picked up that very first guitar."

Gill is set to release a new solo album, Down to My Last Bad Habit -- his first solo release since Guitar Slinger in 2011 -- on Feb. 12. The project is available for pre-order through Gill’s official store.
