When the moon is full and bright it sometimes seems close enough to touch. This Saturday take the 50 second ride 420ft to get that much closer to touching the moon.

Once a year the Penobscot Narrows Observatory opens its doors after hours for visitors to take the smooth ride to the top of the observatory tower where you will get a 360 degree view of the full moon and the surrounding area it illuminates.
