Video Captures Woman’s Scary Fall from Cruise Ship–She’s Now Suing [VIDEO]

It seems the cruise ship industry has encountered some rough seas over the past few years with stories of fires, capsizing, running aground, and widespread illnesses overtaking passengers. Now granted that cruise lines have been found at fault for a number of things, however, it's challenging to protect passengers from themselves, like the story of a woman who recently fell overboard.

After having several adult beverages, Sarah Kirby states that she leaned over the balcony and fell. It was ninety minutes before she was rescued. Kirby is now suing the cruise line.
