Update: Storms Cause Power Outages In Maine Tuesday Morning

Emera Maine blames thunderstorms for power outages in Hancock Country Tuesday morning.

At 6:45 a.m., the company reported more than 2,100 outages in Hancock County.

The company was down to just a few scattered outages by 8:45 a.m.

Emera Maine says weather-related outages were also reported in Penobscot and Washington Counties.
