Ump Gets Cleats in Face–Watch Video

I love baseball. No matter where I am, if there is a game being played I want to watch it.

And like any sport, injuries are a plenty–from pulled hammies, to broken ribs, legs, hands, jaws, shoulders, etc., there’s never a short disabled list from season to season. But every once in while the officials take a beating too.

Check out the video of the Umpire, Greg Gibson’s behind the plate collision in the fifth inning of LA Angels-Cleveland Indians game, and try not to wince: Umpire vs. Cleats
