Two Die In Golden Road Crash Near Millinocket

Police say speed and alcohol were factors in a crash that killed two people early Saturday morning near Millinocket.

Kevin Baker, 44, and Julie Colombo, 50, both of Millinocket, were travelling on an unpaved section of Golden Road when the pickup in which they were riding left the roadway and went down an embankment, according to a report by WABI-TV.

Neither was wearing a seat belt.

The crash is under investigation.
