Topsham Man Holds Alleged Pot Thief At Gunpoint
Police say a Topsham man held a suspect at gunpoint after the man caught the suspect trying to steal his medical marijuana plants.
The Times Record reports the man woke up early Saturday morning when he heard a noise coming from outside his Cathance Road home.
The man said he noticed some of his pot plants were missing and there was a trial of dirt.
He grabbed his gun and followed the trial straight to the suspect, 33-year-old Robert Henson of Brunswick.
The man held Henson at gunpoint until police arrived.
Henson was charged with felony theft.
