Throw Back Thursday: Maine High School Basketball in 1973

With Maine's basketball season in full swing and high school tournament time just weeks away why not throw it back to the days of short shorts and high socks!

One of the things I always looked forward to during the school year was tournament time at the Bangor Auditorium. The smell of old popcorn and sweat, the squeak of shoes on the wooden floors, and the roar of the crowd are all things I can remember like it happened yesterday.
