The call came in at 2:43 this morning. Yet another major structure fire in the city of Lewiston.

Fire Captain Rick Cailler tells us this fire is at the corners of Bartlett and Walnut streets in Lewiston and they've got fire crews from several surrounding communities called in for mutual aid.

This morning's fire reportedly involves two, four-story apartment buildings which are initially believed to be vacant. Last week one of the fires razed a building that had been condemned but it was discovered people were still living in the building.

In the mean time a second 12 year old boy is charged with arson. Police say the 12 year old who set the second fire Friday is charged with four counts of arson. The other 12 year old boy charged Thursday with arson for last Monday’s fire is due in court today. A total of 180 people have been left homeless in that city because of these fires.
