The 2013 Skowhegan State Fair is in Full Swing!

As a kid, I always looked forward to the Skowhegan State Fair! Even though I was raised in Millinocket, my parents always insisted that we wait for the Skowhegan State Fair, even now, as an adult, this is the fair I look forward to each and every year! The rides, the animals, the food, the vendors, friends and of course the demolition derby!

The Skowhegan State Fair always, always, always puts on by far one of the best demolition derby's you'll see! When I came to work at Q-106.5, I was so glad the my station sponsored the demolition derby along with another great area business, Ware Butler. This Friday night at 7:00 pm, in front of the grandstand at the Skowhegan State Fairgrounds, I hope to see for the Demolition Derby, and a great time at a great fair, The Skowhegan State Fair!
