Thanksgiving Traditions, Good and Not-So Good

We all know the traditional Thanksgiving meal. Turkey, mashed potatoes, yams, stuffing, veggies, and pie. Yum! But is that all you have?

I think the strangest Thanksgiving delicacy I've ever heard of is the Turducken. It's a chicken stuffed into a duck, and then it's all stuffed into a turkey. I've never had it and have to say I'm not sorry! It just doesn't sound appealing to me. I often make bourbon sweet potatoes, which are super delicious! And today we had deep-fried mini corndogs as an appetizer. They were very good!
