Senior citizens in Maine are a treasure, and I can't wait to swing for them Thursday night!

You have a chance to come out and join us, have dinner, and dance the night away, while supporting a fabulous senior center in Bangor.

The Hammond Street Senior Center is a social and vibrant place bustling with diversity, talent, and wisdom. There's always a line of seniors waiting for the doors to open in the morning so they can go about the day planting roof-top gardens, exercising, or playing a robust game of bridge.

One of the fundraisers for the senior center is a fun evening of live music and dancing, featuring a 19-piece big band, and I am one of the featured vocalists with the band.

The Queen City Big Band, under the direction of Brian Nadeau, also features young Abby Hannington who was one of the finalists in the Townsquare Media Cross Center Talent Showcase.

It's such an honor to play with such a wonderful group of musicians from the community. The band is made up of teachers, doctors, policemen, pharmacists, and one news broadcaster who love live music performance and energetic dancers!

Big band swing and raising money to support programs that benefit Maine seniors!

Come join us! Here are some highlights from previous performances this year.
