Sports Returns to Boston Wednesday Night

Weather or not the outcome of Wednesday nights Boston Bruins/Buffalo Sabres game was what the Boston fans wanted, a 3 - 2 shootout loss, I think it's what the city of Boston, the USA and the world wanted and needed to see.

Wednesday night, just a mile and a half from where the horrific events at the finish line of the Boston Marathon occurred, that claimed the life of 3, including a die-hard Bruins fan,  8 year Martin Richard, the TD Garden was the site of Boston's first Major Sporting event, and in front of 17,565 fans sporting American flags, #Boston Strong blue & yellow ribbons, and their hearts on their sleeves, for just a moment, the city of Boston were able to show the resilience that everyone says will help this city heal...and move on.
