As parents you always like to make special occasions memorable for your kids. Making a birthday memorable is always at the top of the list. Most moms and dads are pretty good at buying that dream gift, but some are also pretty good at inviting surprise guests to the event like Spiderman...or at least in this instance: SpiderDad!

Unfortunately, Mike Wilson's five year-old son has a cancer that's affecting his brain stem, and his life expectancy is short. So when you watch the video below, take a moment and send up a prayer for the family.
