A high school girl from Pennsylvania says she was kicked out of her prom for wearing a tuxedo, because she said it broke the school's regulations. We want to know if you agree with the decision.

Aniya Wolf says an administrator at the Bishop McDevitt Catholic High School grabbed her by the arm when she saw the senior's three-piece suit and threatened to call police. According to the school, prom regulations state that boys wear suits and girls wear formal dresses. They say the rules also state that anyone who doesn't follow them will not be admitted to the prom.

But Wolf says she wouldn't feel right in a dress. Open about the fact that she's a lesbian, she says she's always identified with a more masculine style. And just because she wasn't comfortable in a dress, she doesn't think she should have been excluded from the prom.

This story interested me because I wore a tux to prom when I was a senior, although my reasons were different from Aniya's. I ushered Brewer High's talent show, known as Junior Ex, and the tuxes were the 'uniform' for the job. A male friend, who was also an usher, and I went to the Junior's prom in matching tuxedos. And I have to say, it was a lot more comfortable than the scratchy lace dress that I wore to my own prom!

Personally, I can't believe the school made such a big deal out of this. She wasn't dressed provocatively, or wearing a sweatsuit. Wolf was dressed in formal attire and looked very nice for the event. Who cares if she was wearing a suit?

But that's just my opinion. I'd like to know what you think!
