Sebasticook Valley Health Fair a Success!

Thanks to the folks from Sebasticook Valley Health for a fun and successful day! The annual Health Fair was held today in Pittsfield, despite the cold and rainy conditions, and lots of people came out to enjoy it!

The tent smelled amazing, as the "Taste of the Market" folks cooked up Zucchini crab cakes and Farmland vegetable casserole! Plenty of community members got their flu shots and kids brought teddy bears for the clinic! And there was face-painting with Dave and Olivia. Dave did a beautiful job on my cheek!

The Sebasticook Valley Hospital Auxiliary is looking for new members....and they have some great fundraisers, including a Christmas Tour of Homes! I think that sounds like great fun!

Most importantly, thanks to everyone who came out today. What a wonderful community event with Sebasticook Valley Health!
