Search For Missing Brewer Man Continues

Police now say an elderly Brewer man, who walked away from an assisted living facility, has enough resources that he could be anywhere in the country.

Gordon Brewster, age 78, was last seen Thursday, June 30th, just before 9 a.m. at Colonial Circle in Brewer. Police say the only possible sightings they've received were on Wilson Street in the area of the Brewer Auditorium between 10 and 11 o'clock that morning.

Brewster is described as being five feet eight inches tall, 170 pounds, with brown eyes and grey hair. He was last seen wearing a white/light colored button-down shirt, khaki pants, a black waist-length leather jacket, brown shoes, and a golf-type hat.
