What's cooler than being cool? Being on tour with Sam Hunt. The star has Maren MorrisChris Janson and Ryan Follese on his 15 in a 30 Tour, and the group took the stage together for a cover of Outkast’s 2003 hit "Hey Ya!" during the opening show in Cleveland, Ohio, on June 1.

The whole place turned into a dance party when Hunt launched into the pop-hiphop tune — complete with the well-known call-and-response portion at the bridge, primarily helmed by Morris — to which fans answered with enthusiasm. Janson soon rolled in (literally) with a harmonica solo, which may seem out of place on paper, but actually worked perfectly. Check out the performance in the fan video above.

Named for a line in his most recent single, “Body Like a Back Road,” Hunt's 15 in a 30 Tour just launched and runs through September, wrapping up in Nashville. “Most of our camp, and from what I know about the other camps, everybody is kind of laid back, and I think the title of the tour, 15 in a 30, will reflect that,” he says. “It will still be high energy and a good time.”

What Are Some Other Must-See Shows This Summer?

Hunt recently married girlfriend Hannah Lee Fowler, with whom he walked the red carpet for the first time at the Billboard Music Awards in May. He performed “Body Like a Back Road” at the event. The song is expected to appear on his new album, but details about the official release have been scarce.

“I try to make music that’s relevant to my life and relatable to the culture I live in,” he told Billboard. “Putting out music as it’s made, versus holding it until an album’s finished, allows me to be more timely and maintain balance."

Hunt will headline our Taste of Country Music Festival on Sunday night (June 11). Morris is also on the bill.
