Rob Lowe Gets Ugly for Direct TV Commercial [VIDEO]

One thing you can say for Rob Lowe. He's pretty. And, even as he ages, he's stayed pretty. I mean, there's much more to the  man, but the prettiness is consistent. Until he gets ugly for a Direct TV ad. Wow, what a difference!

The idea of the video is that you're cooler (and prettier) if you have Direct TV instead of cable. It's funny, and a little disturbing. Especially when 'Ugly Rob' looks away from the camera and only one eye moves. (how did they DO that?!)

Kudos to Rob Lowe for not only being willing to 'get ugly' for the camera but also for poking  a little fun at his super-cool, super-pretty image!
