UPDATE: Country Music Hall of Famer Alan Jackson on Thursday postponed his show in Gilford, N.H., due to illness. 

Alan Jackson is on the road with his Honky Tonk Highway Tour. He was scheduled to make a stop at The Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford, New Hampshire on Friday, August 17.

However, the singer announced Thursday he was postponing the show. Tickets will be honored at a future date, according to the announcement.

Jackson announced his huge summer tour following two great performances at the CMA's. Jackson performed his 1990 hit "Chasin' That Neon Rainbow" and closed out the night with "Don't Rock The Jukebox.'
