I have recently finished a number of social science courses through UMaine Augusta, and I can honestly say that it was an eye-opening experience. I studied societal stratification, cultures, classes, drug addictions and substance abuse, and many other facets of humanity. But thus far through the process, I had to confront my own flawed beliefs on such things as welfare abuse and stereotypes on subjects such as homelessness.

I hope that one day you'd be fortunate enough to take such courses from learned people. It's all about perspective. I hope the video will help you rethink societal issues that need to be addressed.
