The Red Sox on Wednesday payed tribute to those affected by the 2013 Boston Marathon Bombings.

The team's game vs. the Nationals was put on hold for a moment of silence at 2:49 p.m., the exact time two pressure cooker bombs went off near the finish line.

The Red Sox also invited two men who survived the attacks to throw out the ceremonial first pitch.

Three people were killed and more than 260 others were hurt by the explosions.

Last week, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was convicted on all 30 charges against him. He could get the death penalty for his role in the attack.
