Fads! They come and they go. But the whole saggy-baggy pants thing has stuck around for way too long. It has become the equivalent of 1970's leisure suits being worn in the new millenium--it's so out of place. Yet young men work to defy all that's said about the fad.

Well it seems that one Georgia town is fed up with the skid marks, too. Moultrie, Georgia has said, 'Pull up, or pay up!'

The cost for not adhering to the law can run from $25 to $200. For that kind of money I think I'd buy pants and shorts that fit, or at the very least...a belt.
