Portland Police Are Investigating a Fatal Shooting

Portland Police are asking for the public's help identifying a suspect in a fatal shooting.

WMTW-TV reports one person was killed in a late night shooting on Gilman Street at around 11:00 Tuesday night. There's no word on the victim's identity or what prompted the shooting.

Police told WMTW that the suspect is described as a man wearing black pants and a black hooded jacket. They said he's a 'possible white male,' around 6 feet tall, with a medium build. He was last seen running from the building on Gilman Avenue.
