We've all been there at one time or other--total frustration with your job; disgruntled with co-workers; certain that less skilled workers are making more than you; promotions that never come your way. Here's a thought: What if the boss decided to break taboo and reveal everyone's salary? Would you like to know what everyone is pulling in? Would that make you feel better? Well, one business owner and few others are now making it known what their employees are making.

Of course there are many good reasons why such a rule is in place, in fact, with a lot of companies you can get fired for talking about such things. One could even argue that it's a shopping list for would-be thieves. But what exactly are the benefits for such transparency?
