Police are asking for the public's help locating a pickup truck that was stolen last night. The silver truck has 'Herrick Construction' painted on both sides.

The Piscataquis County Sheriff's office put out a plea on its Facebook page today for the public's help locating a stolen pickup truck. The vehicle was stolen at around 6:00 Sunday night from School Street in Guilford. The 2004 Silver Chevy pickup has a fueling device in the back, and 'Herrick Construction' painted on both sides. The plate is a Maine commercial plate, # 716020.

There's no word on whether this stolen truck is connected to Robert Burton, who's wanted for questioning in connection with the death of his former girlfriend. Police are advising that, if anyone sees this vehicle, they should contact the Piscataquis County Sheriff's Office at 564-3304 or call 911.

In the event that the truck has been stolen by Burton, residents are reminded not to approach the vehicle. The man wanted in connection with the death of Stephanie Ginn Gebo in Parkman is considered armed and dangerous.
