Police Retract Video of Man Wanted for Questioning in Bangor Burglary
[UPDATE 5:25 p.m.] Bangor Police say they believe they have identified the person in the video, and at this time it "seems possible that the person on this video was not connected to a burglary."
Bangor Police Sgt. Cathy Rumsey asked that the video be retracted, and Townsquare Media Bangor complied with the request.
Bangor Police initially released the video early Monday afternoon as part of its investigation into a residential burglary that took place in Bangor in the early morning hours of Sunday, Dec. 22, 2013.
Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to contact Det. Brian Smith at 947-7384 ext 5764 or at the department's tip line at 947-7384 ext 6.
