Police Release Name Of Teen Killed In Milo Crash

Police have identified the teenage who was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Lakeview Road in Milo Sunday afternoon.

Dustin Larry, 17, of Milo was a passenger in a car that left the road and struck a tree around 1 p.m., police told WABI-TV5. Larry was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver and another passenger, both minors, were taken to Mayo Regional Hospital in Dover-Foxcroft for treatment of minor injuries.

All three of the people involved in the accident were wearing seat belts. Police had said they were looking into whether speed played a role in the accident.

The crash remains under investigation.
