Police say two men involved in a shooting today in Sebago knew each other, but they're still working to determine what caused the violence.

Killed in the attack was 66-year-old Charles Cross, who lived at the Sebago house with his longtime girlfriend, 59-year-old Paula Simonds. She was the person who called police after the shooting that happened at around noon Saturday at 331 Hancock Point Road. Cross was killed outside his home.

Police arrested 67-year-old David Pinkham of Bridgton and took him to the Cumberland County Jail. The two men knew each other and State Police are now attempting to determine what sparked the shooting.
