A motorcyclist from New Hampshire was killed Friday when his bike collided with a Jeep on Route 133 in Wilton, police said.

Police said John Marden, 29, of Franklin, New Hampshire, died after his 2015 Yamaha FZ6R motorcycle struck a 2002 Jeep Wrangler.

The wreck occurred just after 11 a.m. at McCrillis Corner Road.

The vehicles collided as the Jeep was crossing Route 133, and Marden's motorcycle was traveling south on Route 133, the Sun Journal reported.

The crash remains under investigation.
