Plane Lands Off Runway At Presque Isle Airport

An inbound flight landed off the runway at the Presque Isle International Airport Monday morning.

Twenty-eight passengers and four crew members were on board flight 4933 when the plane landed at 11:30 a.m., according to city officials. It was the plane's second attempt at a landing.

One crew member and three passengers were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Federal transportation officials are investigating.
