Pedestrian Killed in Bangor’s Airport Mall Parking Lot

A pedestrian was struck by a car and killed in Bangor's Airport Mall parking lot Saturday evening. Bangor police Sergeant Catherine Rumsey said in a press release that the person was deceased when officers arrived at the scene.

Police were called to the Union Street parking lot just before 8 p.m. Saturday. Few details have been released but the freezing rain that was falling made driving treacherous. The names of the deceased and the driver of the car have not been released.
