Paige + Brooke Perform ‘Walkin’ Away’ in the Q-106.5 Studios [VIDEO]

Before they head off to Nashville in the fall, Hermon High School seniors Paige Bacon and Brooke Nason stopped by the Q Morning Show for a visit and to sing us some songs, including their original "Walkin' Away."

They said the song, about a girl leaving her cheating boyfriend, definitely has some truth to it, although the names have been changed.

"There's actually no Britney, but ..." Paige said.

Paige and Brooke will perform that song and many others on Saturday, May 16 at the Orono Music and Beer Festival. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at The Family Dog, Black Bear Brewing, Geaghan's and Orono Brewing Company.

Both Paige and Brooke are headed to Belmont University in Nashville next year, and we wish them the best of luck in the country music capital of the world!
