Oh The Places You’ll Go

And the people you'll meet.  Just this weekend a radio buddy of mine talked about all the people we get to meet in this business. Stars, for sure. But regular everyday people have stories too. And you never know what a new day will bring. This morning I met another Harlem Globetrotter. El Gato Melendez. He told the story about growing up in Puerto Rico, where everyone is into baseball, and he fell in love with basketball.. He went on to The University Of North Carolina Tar Heels, appearing in the FInal Four in 1998 and 2000. Now, #39 with the famed Harlem Globetrotters in their 90th year.
