Two tractor trailer accidents on I-95 yesterday will cause some delays for northbound commuters this morning. Traffic will be down to one lane while those two wrecks are cleaned up.

In Augusta, a tractor trailer carrying trash overturned and became tangled in a guardrail. Traffic is down to one lane and delays are expected between exits 109 and 112. Motorists are advised to take the Western Avenue exit in Augusta and use Leighton Road.

In Lewiston, a semi hit the jersey barriers on the road and spilled fuel. Traffic is down to one lane and exit 80 is closed.

In both cases, motorists are advised to slow down and give themselves extra time to make their commute. The accident scenes will be cleaned up this morning so traffic should be back to normal by rush hour this afternoon.
