Nonthreatening, Colorful Twister in Minot, Maine [VIDEO]

So this is what is going on in Minot... There is no need to panic, you might even get a little chuckle out of this.

When I saw a video titled "Small Twister touches down in Minot Maine" posted on YouTube just days ago, I wondered how this could have happened and I didn't hear about it anywhere! After watching the short video I understood why.

This kind of twister can get dangerous depending on how many people are involved. In this video only one person was involved and no one was harmed.
