A New Hampshire woman is accused of burglarizing a vacant vacation home in Gilead and starting a small fire at the home as well.

Oxford County deputies investigated a burglary at the North Road home on Wednesday, and firefighters responded to a report of a small fire at the home on Thursday, the Maine Department of Public Safety said in a Friday news release.

Firefighters were able to quickly knock down the flames.

Jaymi Lynn Hutchins, 30, of Rochester was arrested following the crimes, and charged with arson and burglary.

When police located Hutchins, she was driving a car that was stolen from a car dealership in Lebanon, Maine earlier in the week, the release said.

The release said fire marshals are also investigating a fire at the dealership that destroyed three cars Monday night.
