His name is Blake Mycoskie, but many refer to him by the name of the company he founded: TOMS. It's a young company that began when Mycoskie traveled to Argentina and saw that kids couldn't go to school for the lack of shoes, so he did something about it. Because his math skills were horrible, his business plan was simple: For every pair of shoes sold, a pair would be given to a kid in need. It caught on. Now millions are benefiting from his generosity.

But his vision has expanded to eye wear for needy people.
