Native American Actor Russell Means Dies at 72

One of the 'go-to' Native American actors of our day has died. Russell Means passed away at the age of 72, according to an article from the BBC.

Means acted in many movies, but was probably best known as Chingachgook in the stellar movie, 'Last of the Mohicans.'

Donna Salomon, the tribal spokeswoman for the Oglala Sioux, called Means' death a "great loss" for the tribe.
