My wife and I workout a few times a week all year long. We're both in decent shape for our ages, but certainly not ready for modeling or skimpy wear on the beach. But we do have a treadmill that we've put to good use for a few years now to help with our health routine--and guess what? It's been lying to us!

Yeah, all those digital readouts on the screen that display calories burned, distance and whatnot, are simply off! But honestly, I really don't care. I stopped looking at them a long time ago. I know that 20-30 minutes at a good pace is all I need. And chances are I'll gain back a few calories anyway before the day is out. I like to eat, alright?
