To celebrate the 2015 Playing For Change Day, The Maine Academny of Modern Art and musicians, filmmakers, and students from all over the state teamed up to make this awesome video featuring people who might be your neighbor!

The song 'Understand' is written by Frank Hopkins and features some of the most talented people, of all ages, in our great state. It also features great shots of some of the best things Maine has to offer. From the painted rock at the entrance to Baxter State Park to the new  Downtown Bangor mural, and the lighthouses of the coast to a wintery scene in Casco.

My favorites for creativity were Dan Capaldi singing from a ski lift at Sunday River and MAMM student, Brayden Shaw, drumming on the back of a lobster boat! Although they are all very talented people!

Did you happen to notice appearances by The Ghost of Paul Revere and North of Nashville? They will both be playing our Oktobeerfest event!
