Mongooses Love the Ball Pit at the Zoo [VIDEO]

Know who loves the ball pit? Well, yes, your kids. But the mongooses at the Houston Zoo also enjoy a dive into the multi-colored balls! The visual effect is pretty cool. But you might not want to show it to any kids you expect to play in a ball pit in the future!

The folks at the Houston zoo say digging is a natural instinct for the mongoose. So, with the ball pit, they can dig and dive 'underground.' I'm pretty sure there's food on the bottom of that kiddie pool because they're chewing when they stick their heads back up.

I thought this would bring some bright color to a day that's starting out dark and grey. Besides, it's adorable!
