Back in 2005, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert performed at CMT's 100 Greatest Duets concert. Some say that this is where it all began, and in an interview with NBC's, Hoda Kotb, Miranda Lambert says that she feels badly that Blake was already married, and also that she doesn't endorse mullets.
