A Milford man has been arrested for allegedly stealing nearly two dozen guns in a pair of burglaries at a Bangor pawn shop.

Travis Stinson, 39, was arrested without incident in Bangor on Friday, the Bangor Police Department said in a news release on Monday.

He's accused in burglaries at J.G. Pawn Shop on Center Street.

In the first burglary, Sept. 30, five handguns were taken from the pawn shop. Sixteen firearms were stolen from the business on Oct. 12.

Police said Stinson is also a suspect in another recent commercial burglary in the city, which is currently under investigation.
