Our friends at Manna need a few things to make their Easter dinner complete, and they could use your help.

Each year, the folks at Manna put together an Easter dinner, that they serve on Good Friday. Executive Director Bill Rae calls it 'the most important day' at Manna, as it's a 'time of new beginnings and an opportunity to start over.'

Rae says they have plenty of volunteers for the meal and a great cooking staff, but they're still in need of a few essentials, including:

  • Hams
  • Pies
  • Candy
  • Grass (the plastic kind that gets put in Easter baskets)

Donations can be dropped off at Manna, 629 Main Street in Bangor. For more information, log onto Manna's website.
