Maine City Named In Top 15 Quirkiest Cities

It is no shock a city in Maine has more kooks per capita. With a thriving art community and a Cryptozoology museum it should be number one!

Travel and Leisure has ranked the top quirkiest cities. Portland, Maine has made the list of wacky cities and finished in the top 15!  Portland is home to the world's only International Cryptozoology museum featuring everything from Bigfoot to aliens and of course world expert in everything unusual , Loren Coleman.

Also solidifying Portland's ranking is the lobster roll donut from 'Holy Donut', a donut actually stuffed with lobster meat! They also have potato stuffed for the Northern Mainers.
